Charly is a dedicated international rider who owns and runs Charly Edwards Equestrian
Charly had her first ride before she could walk. Starting off in showing, Charly exhibited Mountain and Moorland and Show Hunter Ponies to great success, winning and placing at HOYS and RIHS. At the age of 13, Charly left the world of showing for the local Pony Club where she trained in several disciplines, up until the age of 16.
Idolising Anky Van Grunsven, Charly set her sights on becoming a dressage rider. But as she moved onto horses, she was drawn to the world of showjumping and went on to learn her trade by working on international showjumping yards, among top class horses and riders.
Since starting her own business, it has gone from strength to strength and is home to competition, livery and sales horses and 3 members of staff.
